Desserts

We make a variety of desserts and pastries here at Macs by Dom, taking pride in our Italian-French influence which is reflected in our work. Some items from our menu are available on our Petit Four menu.

Our menu currently consists of the following desserts (minimum quantity 5pcs required per item:

Caramel Slice

GF biscuit base, fudgy condensed milk caramel centre, chocolate ganache topping

Biscoff Swiss Roll

Light cocoa sponge, biscoff spread, biscoff creme patissiere, masked in biscoff buttercream

Cannoli

Homemade cannoli shells, your choice of vanilla, chocolate or pistachio creme patissiere filling

Italian donuts filled with your choice of salted caramel, Nutella or jam

Lemon Meringue Tart

Sweet shortcrust pastry, lemon curd, torched Italian meringue

Vanilla creme patissiere sandwiched between compressed puff pastry

Vanilla swiss roll sponge, lemon curd and lime mascarpone cream filling, encased in torched Italian meringue
