ABOUT MACS BY DOM

Hello! Welcome to Macs by Dom.
I'm Domi, the owner and founder of this small biz.
Macs by Dom was established in 2020 when I began my patisserie studies. 

I qualified as a pastry chef through North Metropolitan Tafe (Joondalup) in 2021 after completing both Certificate III & IV in Patisserie. Whilst training, I was selected as one of 32 finalists across Australia to compete in Proud to be a Chef 2020.

Since qualifying as a pastry chef, I've worked in cafes in the northern suburbs, and eventually worked my way up to the pastry team at C Restaurant in the Sky, WA's revolving restaurant.

At Macs by Dom, we offer more than just macarons, but French-Italian inspired desserts which I'm very passionate about. I'm proud of my Italian background and try to showcase this through my work.
I always source high quality ingredients to bring you a high quality product. My prices are a reflection of quality, my qualifications and hospitality experience..

I'm so grateful for the amazing people I've met through this business venture.
